No European distribution yet for this Canadian-Indian hybrid but no matter! Their third album is a remarkable creation, mixing Indian inspiration with some virtuoso singing and playing, in particular from bassist Rich Brown, well to the forefront. Leonard Cohen’s ‘Bird on a Wire’ is transformed into an unrecognisable piece of jazzy-Hindi 7:8 magic. RD Burman’s ‘Aaj Ki Raat’ also gets an outing – some very cool stuff…
